MMAKER / Terms of use
Terms of use
Effective 2 November 2026
1. Agreement and operator
MMaker is operated by Codepolder, Reprevi, Westhavenkade 71P, 3131AH Vlaardingen, Netherlands. By selecting the required acceptance box when registering or paying, you accept the version of these terms presented to you. Merely visiting does not constitute consent to optional processing. Keep a copy of your order confirmation.
2. Your responsibilities
You must be legally able to contract, supply accurate information, protect credentials, keep your own copies, and hold all copyright, permissions and lawful bases needed for the media, voices, likenesses and data you process. You are responsible for reviewing every export, AI suggestion and publication and for complying with platform rules and applicable law. Do not upload unlawful or prohibited content.
3. Service and availability
The service is provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every codec, platform availability, particular commercial results, earnings or error-free outputs. We may apply proportionate security restrictions or suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, legal obligations or material breach, subject to mandatory rights and reasonable notice where practicable.
4. Risk allocation and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, implied warranties are excluded and we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, revenue, opportunities, third-party platform actions, user publication decisions or loss of user media. Where a lawful cap is permitted, aggregate contractual liability is limited to fees you paid for the affected service in the previous 12 months. These limits do not exclude fraud, wilful misconduct, liability that cannot lawfully be limited, GDPR compensation rights or mandatory consumer remedies. For business users only, you indemnify us against third-party claims caused by your unlawful content or material breach, to the extent lawful and proportionate.
5. Payments, renewal and withdrawal
Paid features require successful payment and a valid entitlement. Before ordering, the checkout must display total price including applicable taxes, billing interval, automatic renewal and cancellation conditions. You may cancel renewal through account billing or contact support. Consumers retain statutory conformity, refund and withdrawal rights, including the usual 14-day withdrawal period where applicable. Immediate supply or any loss of a withdrawal right requires a separate explicit request and acknowledgement when the law requires it. Registration and general acceptance do not waive these rights. To withdraw, use the account withdrawal action or email support@codcl.com with your order details; we acknowledge receipt and apply the legal refund rules.
6. Media, licences and changes
We receive only the limited permission needed to process the media you request; ownership stays with you. Web media is held temporarily in RAM for the current processing session, automatically removed within one hour, and excluded from backups. Download outputs promptly; interrupted sessions cannot be recovered. A Full activation binds to one device and can be transferred from your account. Signed offline authorization lasts at most 24 hours and never past paid entitlement. Material contract changes are notified with legally required notice; they do not remove accrued mandatory rights.
7. Governing law and contact
Dutch law applies, without removing mandatory protections in a consumer’s country of habitual residence. Competent courts and statutory complaint routes remain available. No compulsory waiver of legal remedies is imposed. Contact support@codcl.com for complaints and gdpr@codcl.com for personal data matters. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining lawful provisions continue to apply.
