1. Use media you have rights to
Do not infringe copyright, image rights, confidentiality or privacy. Obtain permission and a lawful basis before processing another person’s data.
2. Keep the service safe
Do not upload malware, exploit vulnerabilities, bypass quotas, share or resell activation secrets, impersonate others, attack infrastructure, send spam or use the service for unlawful, deceptive or abusive activity. Illegal sexual content, child exploitation, non-consensual intimate media and unlawful threats are prohibited.
3. Check before publishing
Verify factual claims, captions, tags and generated text. You control publication and remain responsible for platform permissions, local rules, backups and the consequences of sharing.
4. Enforcement and reports
We may restrict the offending action, suspend an account or terminate for serious or repeated breaches, with legally required notice and appeal opportunities. Report abuse and request a review at support@codcl.com.
