1. Exercise your rights
Use account export for a machine-readable copy of core account and licence information. For correction, deletion, objection, restriction or a wider portability request, email gdpr@codcl.com. Provide your account email and request; never send your password or full activation key.
2. Processing and accountability
We separate temporary media processing from account and financial records. We keep an acceptance record for the stated terms version and apply data minimisation, purpose limitation, restricted access and documented retention. Contract acceptance is not blanket GDPR consent.
3. Business media and incidents
Business customers remain responsible for lawful instructions, notices and the rights of people in their media. Request an Article 28 processing agreement and current subprocessor information when required. Report suspected personal-data incidents to gdpr@codcl.com; statutory notification and cooperation duties remain in force.
4. Supervisory authority
You may lodge a complaint with Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl or a competent supervisory authority in your country. Statutory rights and compensation rights are not excluded by our terms.
